Bathing is (thankfully) a major part of everyday life, but we all have our own preferences about how we approach it. Do you prefer a bath or shower? Warm water, hot water or cold water? Personally I can’t stand a cold shower, but I know a couple of people who swear by their effectiveness when it comes to alertness and a feeling of invigoration. So are there any proven benefits to a bath over a shower, or hot water over cold?
